One of the homebase security cameras is not allowing me to play live video. It was working fine before… now its not. Please advise.
Try restarting your Homebase,
Normally works for me.
Everything set up properly at home. I get to work, get an alert, click on the clip. The result is a spinning circle and a message… “Unable to play live video” 1. Please check the HomeBase and camera state 2. Please try to restart the Home Base.
I’ve done both those things. Live video is a pretty important part of this system. How can this get fixed?
